FREE SHIPPING is available Australia wide for orders over $50.
All orders below $50 are charged a standard flat rate of $9.95.
Express Post can be selected for a flat rate of $14.95.
Once your order is placed, you will receive an automated confirmation email (please ensure you check you junk email, as emails can be mailguarded from time to time).
We aim to have your order dispatched within 48-72 hours (business days), however delays can sometimes occur. We will endeavour to contact you if there is a delay in dispatching your order.
Please allow up to 7 business days for delivery thereafter. If you have not received your order within this timeframe, please let us know by contacting Customer Care on firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please be aware, it is at the discretion of each Australia Post delivery person to choose to leave your parcel at the delivery address if it is unattended. Due to this, we suggest a delivery location where you or another trusted person can receive the parcel. If you choose your work as your delivery address, please remember to provide us with the company name, building name, department, floor/level in addition to street address.
We do not ship Natures Commonscents products internationally at this time.
Mother's Day and Christmas are our busiest times of year and therefore it is likely some shipping delays may occur.
Our dispatch timeframe may extend to more than our standard 72hrs (business days) and Australia Post may also experience additional delays. Please ensure you place your order early to avoid disappointment.
We do not offer returns for change of mind.
If you believe a product you have purchased from www.naturescommonscents.com.au is faulty and you would like to return it, please contact us immediately on email@example.com and we will do our best to replace the product or provide a refund. Please ensure you include as much information as possible, including any photographs of the product or packaging, batch code numbers or other relevant details, as this will assist us to resolve your issue promptly.
We will aim to contact you within three business days upon receiving your email to confirm the details and options. Please keep your email order receipt for proof of purchase and keep the faulty product in question until you are advised to dispose of it by our Customer Care team.
We may in some instances request you return the faulty product to us for quality assurance assessment - in this case we will provide you with a Reply paid shipping address, so this will be of no cost to you.
