Our Story
Where it all began...
Over 25 years ago two friends had a dream to find a natural alternative to bathing their families in the chemically based alternatives you usually find on supermarket shelves. After many agonising months of research, they stumbled across an ingredient that was not well known at the time, but would eventually become the hero that is now featured in all of our products. That ingredient, was goats milk.
While Natures Commonscents is now under new ownership, from day one we have strived to develop innovative products that offer consumers a natural alternative that actually works. We believe that what we don’t put in our products is just as important as what we do put into them. That’s why none of our products contain any harmful chemicals such as parabens, sulphates or titanium dioxide. We also ensure none of our products are tested on animals.
We are proud of our beginnings and continue to uphold the original family values that were behind the conception of the brand. Still proudly Australian owned and Australian made, we source ingredients from local suppliers where practical and take inspiration from many of the powerful natural ingredients found here in Australia.
Our Mission
We strive to develop innovative, value products that offer consumers a natural alternative to chemically based products which have traditionally occupied the market. All of our products are formulated with natural ingredients and we do not use potentially harmful chemicals such as parabens and sulphates. We want to become the market heroes for goat’s milk and natural skin care products that are effective but also gentle enough for the whole family.
